I ordered the multi. Haven't tried yet. Waiting until after surgery which is Wednesday. pills are cheaper but Vitamins don't sit well with my stomach now I don't want to try it post op that's why I ordered the patch

I wear the Multivitamin and Omega patch. I buy them when there is a discount code. I think I will try the sleep patch on my next order. I still take an additional b12 and Calcium. I'm looking at a chewable Iron too.

I've been wearing the multivitamin since surgery. Haven't had any major issues with fatigue like many report. I have also been using Protein shakes with Vitamins and minerals in them, and eating a variety of fruits and veggies though, so hard to know if I should give all credit to the patch.
