I am about eight weeks postop sleeve and I generally drink a protein shake at night to make sure I get all my protein in. It's the only thing that works for me. I have been better at Integrating high-protein foods in my diet during the day, but I can't to get in all the protein without the shake because I can't eat that much.

Get your protein in anyway that you can[emoji4]

My NUT actually suggested doing the Protein supplement at night. I had been drinking it first thing in the morning and then I'd skip Breakfast, delay lunch until mid-afternoon...I was so satiated by the Protein Drink that I wasn't eating properly or appropriately. Now that I've moved it to the evening I am actually getting in 3-4 oz of real protein at each meal.
