What do you like to eat?

Anything high protein/low carb is goooood...

Didn't your nutritionist go over this with you? I got a huge packet with all the foods I could eat at each stage.

Do some quick research ... there are a ton of post-bariatric menus/plans on the internet that will help you get started.

I agree though, all this information came from my NUT and I used the internet menus to just change it up when I was looking for new ideas.
