MY HAIR!

My hair is ruined....it is shedding and thinning.I am 4 months post op and it is a daily battle. It is thin ,tangling, and just horrible.I am taking biotin and collagen and it is not helping....

I have to cut it.It is like threads hanging from my scalp.

I have no choice at this point...ugh...

Supposedly Biotin only helps it regrow, not stop falling out. :( At 11 months post-op, I am still losing a little but it has definitely slowed (luckily I had a lot to start with). Celebrate with a great new cut! And PS make sure you are getting all your Protein. That is supposed to help from losing it (though I get 90-100g per day and it didn't make a huge difference - and early on, mine was thyroid related until I changed my thyroid med dose).
