It's a process, but nothing worth having comes easy. I would consider the pretesting and pre qualifying appts the easier part. Once you have surgery be sure to follow doctors instructions, stay focused, listen to your body and know that we are all here for you in this group! IT WILL NOT BE EASY... But the reward will be great. I'm 5 weeks post op and I've lost 42 pounds as of the 18th. I don't weigh myself regularly (personal choice) so I'm sure I've lost more. Good luck on your journey!!! You'll do great.
