Sleeved :-)

Hey everyone! Just a little update, I had my hiatal hernia repair and gastric sleeve Tuesday and was in the hospital one night. Everything went very smoothly aside from the fact that we had tornado weather and we had to be moved into the hall lol. I am extremely sore on my left side but they were able to remove my drain and I passed the swallow test. Since I am able to tolerate Water and Protein I was released and I am now home. Just wanted to say thank you for all of the kind words, prayers and messages. You are all a great bunch of people!

Hello B_D ... I too had the sleeve and a hiatal hernia repair (didn't know I had. Hernia) on Tuesday! I was discharged yesterday as well. I have no pain at all except my throat is a little sore from the tube I guess. But overall, I feel great. Oh and I didn't have a drain. Good luck on your recovery!
