Loving the new me!

Hi sleevers I'm on my 9 months mark I lose 135 since the surgery and a total of 166 lbs ,I start the process on 332 now I hit my first goal of 170......I still wanna lose like 20 more.

    My first 3 months I lose the weight really fast bcuz I wasn't able to keep food down. It can get really frustrating but keep ur mind set in your goal Erika @Darima just keep doing what the Dr said.

    I would eat more protein (less crackers and pretzels) and you definitely need more fluids. Protein & water & exercise is key at this point.

    My Dr told me to weight my self on Fridays more accurate. Try that is a process some week you're gonna lose more than others....just stay focus on the goal. Erika

How often did you experience stalls? Collectively, with the 2 week pre-op, all liquid diet and after surgery, I've only lost 35 pounds. I'm one month and one week post op. I feel that I should be losing more.

I think 35 pounds is good.

The stalls is quite common don't get discouraged
