Stall?!?!

The scale hasn't moved for me in about almost 3 months it that even normal!?!? I have changed my routine working out more walking more drinking more I don't understand! I haven't gone back to see my nutritionist well I actually missed my appointment we set a goal of 10 pounds a little over a month ago n my scale has not moved

Don't eat more than you should but don't eat less either. I am not sure how far out you are or how much more you have to lose but you could always try going back to basics of post-op and see if it helps.

Great advice from @KristenLe. You will have to give us more info to help you identify any issues - how much Protein per day are you getting? Carbs? Fat? Calories? etc.... What kind of foods are you eating and how often?
