I had my sleeve done on 4/14, im 9days out even though it has been a very painful experience for me, this puts a huge smile on my face....Ive gone from 262.2 to 239.6 i know alot of it may be Water weight but sure boosts my confidence to keep it going....Had to share with some1 thankx for reading....

Remember your body has been through a lot. Rest when you need to, keep up your fluids and Protein, stick to your plan!

can we say boringggg!!!!

how about complaining about being hungry, losing only X amount in 3 days

stalls, wanting to eat pizza, soda - etc LOL

looking at the world through rose colored glasses is wonderful

great attitude for your new healthier, happier, longer life

9 days PO - weight is down 22.6 lbs

confidence up 100%!!!
