Well, my higher boss hasn't really seen me in about a month. He saw me today and told me I need to stop losing weight because he has to squint now to see me. He said he was looking for me the other day and said he must have missed me because who he was looking for was someone that didn't even resemble who I am now. He said it's a good thing I talk a lot or he'd never know I was around. Ha! Because I know him so well, I took it as a compliment that he intended it to be.

Great Job and I love his comments. I think sometimes people aren't sure what to say and have it be a compliment.

many times people misunderstand what a person might say to them

a compliment is not always received in the good way it was intended

ie "you look so much better than before"
