Pouch test?

What is a pouch test? When do I need to do one? I am 10 months post RNY and am very happy with115 lbs lost, but of course it is starting to slow down a bit, and I find myself starting to feel (or is it "think?") hungry again. I want to loose another 30 lbs and don't want to "fall off the wagon" at this point.

I am still so thankful for this surgery and the drs/staff/family that are supporting me!!!! Love my new life! I want these habits to STICK, and I know that means I have to continue to WORK the program.

Just needed to hear from someone out there, I haven't been on in a while. Hope all of you are well.
