Nausea when sipping or eating lately

Lately after i sip water or eat i get nausea...strange doesn't always happen..but enough for me to notice..i am staying well within my guidelines of my diet so cant place it...anyone have ideas?

Cant go any slower then i am...1/2 an ounce is what i sip at a time and eat well 30-45 min to eat 1/3 - 1/4/cup of food.
