Stomach retainer/divider

Hi guys! I'm on my 2nd day post op and was wondering how long I should wear my stomach retainer/divider (the belt)? I have worn it for about 4-5 hours now and am now home (released earlier today).

I was told to wear it as long as I felt I needed it. I found that it helped give the support needed to be able to get up and down and walk around easier so I used it the first week or so when I was up walking around.
