broth with 2 Tbsps. of nutritional yeast added. It adds great savory flavor and 8g of Protein.

PB2 (dried Peanut Butter powder): I add Water to 2 Tblsps. and some raspberry extract. It adds not only protein, but a great flavor .

Add some cottage cheese to the bottom of sugar free Jello. Serve it on a bed of lettuce for a cool lunch.

Put crushed garlic, olive oil, a few bacon crumbles and nutritional yeast on Brussel sprout halves and roast at 450 for 20-25 min. Yummy!

good luck and happy eating! :)

Are there other products available to get Protein in besides shakes?

I have been baking my Protein lately. Protein Cookies (check Protein Cakery website) with banana and Protein Powder are awesome. Also making protein pudding (world according to eggface website) is very good too.

Message me if you cannot find recipes. ~Jenn

Besides Protein in whole foods like poultry, fish, legumes, nuts and fat-free milk, there are all kinds of Protein Bars out there with 15-20g protein per bar and many without excessive sugar - just have to watch that. I usually find them in supermarkets next to the Protein shakes, which can get monotonous if that's all I use.

Those are both great sites! I just checked them out. I am 15 days out of surgery and starting pureed food. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I love the Isopure zero carb drinks and Isopure also has an unflavored powder that has 26g per scoop that you can put in a lot of things to get the Protein in
