I am four months post op. I have a hard time taking vitamins, they make me terribly nauseous ... So I stopped taking them. I do take the calcium.
I don't know if it is associated but the past three weeks I have had terribly itchy skin on my legs , butt, waist, Upper arms. I went to primary and she couldn't figure it out. Definitely NOT bedbugs I ripped my house and bedrooms apart. They are like red hives, they get red and raised for no reason all different times of the day. Recently my legs and lower stomach is black and blue. My weight loss has been slower than I thought it would be, I exercise at least 4x per week...both cardio and weight training. I get in my protein and water. Can this all be from a vitamin deficiency? I have a doctors appt next Friday with my Endo and surgeons. I am on no meds currently .
