when I was in the first week I had pain drinking water if I drank it too fast - could that be it?

I don't feel like I'm drinking too fast but maybe I am and not paying attention. Ty

Why not use Crystal lite instead. No discomfort with it

I'm not a big fan of crystal light. Beings that I've had issues with hydration for a couple of days I decided to make something I love.

I drink Chick fil a's diet lemonade and it's made with Splenda and I haven't had any issues. I love it!

That's where I got the idea. Love that stuff! Hopefully I was just drinking it too fast. Thank you!!!

I'm Drinking chick fil a diet lemonade right now... Got a gallon for Easter dinner. [emoji7]. The only time I have issues is when I take too big of a drink or drink too fast. (11 weeks post op tomorrow)

I couldn't drink lemonade until about 5 months out. It would always make me feel nauseas. Even crystal light lemonade.
