My name is staci I'm 30 and my surgery is 3/30/2016. I did everything with a bariatrics Dr in Houston, TX and then finding out she relocated to another town last year and the new place didn't take my medicare or medicaid. So I went to Tyler and not even a month later I got my surgery date.
