Kaiser San Diego County California

Can anyone tell me about the whole kp process? Do they require 6 months of options classes now? And do they still require 3 months of prior supervised weight loss attempts?

I went through kp Richmond I believe they are somewhat different, but I wasn't required to do classes. I was required to lose some weight. But not much.

any time. Feel free to email me.

Wow, I guess every Kaiser is different. I just graduated January 28th and I started in October. We did 12 classes so 3 months. Then psych eval, etc. they didn't require any sort of weight loss but they did recommend you try to lose 10% of your weight. I only lost 10 when I met with my surgeon but he still approved & said to try to drop a bit more (which I have) but that he would cancel my surgery if I gained. I took classes in Fontana.
