Over Ate....

Today I went out for lunch and what seem to be a very small amount I eat. Felt like I over ate! Has this ever happened to anyone before?

I feel your pain! I was sleeved on 2/3 and since I started more foods I often find that after eating what I think is a very small amount I end up feeling so sick and have vomitted up everything I ate. I find that taking time between bites helps.

I have a small scale that i weigh everything on when I'm at home. It helps you learn what a portion size really is.

Hey Ry! I was at a restaurant and I literally only have one fourth of a cup I was sleeved on 1-5 and I only got that feeling twice. My problem is chewing and taking my time with it. My biggest fear is to stretch my stomach. [emoji853]

Sometimes it's what you eat, not just the amount. There are some foods that make me feel stuffed and sick after eating a very small amount while other foods I can eat at least 1/2 -3/4 cup and feel fine.
