I feel your pain!

I posted something similar a few weeks ago and someone just said you need to treat it like medicine! So now I just power through even though they are vile!

Thanks Jenkins. I just went over my food for everyday and I can almost get it all in with my diet. Ugh I have tried every brand and every flavor. Wasted tons of money and I'm just so sick of them all.

I have made Protein mug cakes out of them, but it is still nasty, but it gives a nice alternative to drinking it. I occasionally get dumping syndrome from Protein shakes, so I am thinking to quit them all together. I am only 3 months post op, but if I am really careful, I can usually get 60+grams of protein through food. A couple of months ago it would have been impossible without the shakes though. I feel your pain.

Have you tried the Syntrax Nectars mixed with Water? They have flavors like Lemonaid, strawberry Kiwi, Fuzzy Navel, etc... and are MUCH different than the Chocolate/Vanilla most Protein drinks come in. They are more like drinking Kool aid.
