Is anyone using Shakeology shakes? I joined team beach body last July and love the shakes but today when I went in for my one month post op and asked if they were good to continue I was told no because it's a broken down protein. Instead of getting 17 grams your getting about 5/6 grams. Do I give them up or still continue using them? I really like them and they're programs.

I am not aware that they are bariatric-appropriate. If your NUT doesn't approve then I certainly would listen. You have to read labels carefully.
