I'm just about a year out and am going thru the same at the moment... Unfortunately, I've no advice... I just thought I'd let you know that you're certainly not alone...

I have been dealing with this before surgery 5/2015 and since WLS it seems to have gotten worse. I was up at 11;56 last night - never went back to sleep.

I'm 5 weeks out, and since I've been home Ive been having the hardest time sleeping. I'm unable to fall asleep when I go to bed at around 10p, and then maybe around 2-3am my body "crashes". I wake up for work at 6a so the crash is never restful.
Anyone else experience this? How did you go about regulating your sleep?
Also, before anyone asks, I'm getting 75g of Protein in a day, drinking 48-64oz of Water, and my calories sit at about 600-650. I just want my sleep back! ????
