Hey there - By no means am I an expert, but I can tell you that on my two-week pre-op diet, I am allowed to have low/non-fat yogurt up to three times/day. Hang in there and try not to panic!!! :-)

I think you'll be ok ;)

As long as you stick to the plan for the remainder of the diet, a tiny amount of carbs/sugar one time probably won't make too much difference.
