Sup all...I currently pre-op working through my checklist of all the medical test and screenings. I am shooting to get a surgery date in April/May. I see there hasn't been any post in this area in a long time. Hopefully I can connect with patients in my age group, but Any age is welcome though. Holla if you want. Hi Kats. Thanks. I need the luck. I just hit a slight snag. I have to have some blockage cleared from an artery before I can proceed. But I am glad I am finding out now. After that I should be able to get a surgery date.

Good luck to those with upcoming surgery dates. I had an angiogram procedure this past week that has set me back, but I am back on track and hope to get a surgery date soon.

Hi everyone, I don't have my surgery date yet!!!! but have psych eval in April my journey is getting close to begin. I'm 47 and still not sure what surgery between sleeve and RNY will be better for me. Waiting after Endoscopy to find out. I have Gerd and hopeful after results will determine my procedure.

No surgery date for me yet. I am still optimistic and am looking forward. I'm still dropping pounds and will exceed my pre-op goal soon. As soon as I get a date I will let everyone know.
