  1. Keeping a food journal really helps! You can look at it and decide what you need to change. And it gives you accountability.

  5. I was accepted in the program in March. I have Kaiser insurance in Oregon. I had to attend 6 weeks of weight loss class. Then an orientation. Next a consultation with a dietician and a social worker. Then a follow up with them, 3 months later. Finally yesterday I had an ultrasound on all my organs. Today was blood work. It has been s very Long ,frustrating ordeal. Next step will be to see surgeon. I am so ready!
