    I would guess 22 to 24. Sometimes they say on the bottom of the cup.

    Check the bottom or use a measuring cup to pour into it one day. That is what I did with the one I carry around.

    Fill it with Water and then pour it into a quart jar or something else you do know the measure of. That should give you an idea of how much it holds.

    Since it's double-walled, it looks bigger than it actually is. My guess would be 16 or 20 oz.

    Whew, I was scared, I thought this was a post that there are more than one Dr. Oz. :)

    As already suggested, fill up the up then pour it into a large measuring cup or fill it up from a smaller measuring cup.
