Here is my 2 Month Post-Op Progress Report. Things have gradually changed over the last 2 months (since I had surgery on November 20th) and wanted to share my continued progress with those that might be interested. I know that I still have a VERY LONG way to go, but I am seeing progress which helps keep me motivated. Also, a BIG THANK YOU to all of you that have offered caring support and advice along the way as well as the BariatricPal weight loss and exercise challenges. I can't do it alone...so THANK YOU!!! And a special THANKS to my wife (as we are taking this journey together each step of the way).
