I wish I help could you, but I just send me NUT an email with what I want and she approves/disapproves. I am getting ready to start taking the costco Daily Multi, which she said was acceptable. I think the problem with the gummies is that you don't get Iron in them.

My surgical team says no gummies. What was most important to me was low calorie, low carb, and low cost. I went with Trader Joe's High Potency Chewable Multi's and my labs have always been great, and I am not wasting my daily allotment of calories on carbs on pieces of candy masquerading as vitamins, which is what the bariatric specialty vitamins usually are IMO.

I went with Nature's Blend. About 7 bucks for 100 tablets, the tablets are small, have no smell and are easy to swallow. I was advised by Dr to stay off gummies.

I got the centrum vitamints. They're actually not bad. It helps with the bitter taste after swallowing all of my crushed pills.

i was told no gummies. I take Centrum adult chewables... which i like:)

I was told no gummies too. I am on Flintstones (1 Vitamin now before surgery and will jump to 2 Vitamins a day 2 weeks after surgery).
