Surgery was 12/18

I was sleeved on 12/18. I had my first preop appointment on 12/29. I had lost 21 lbs from the day if surgery. From 12/29 to now I have only lost 1 lb. Is this normal? I started soft food but feel like I should still be loosing something. I'm getting frustrated.

From what i read on here stalls are completely normal and you shouldn't stress it. I know we all want to see losses and i feel your frustration just embrace it and keep moving forward.

I was sleeved on the 22 nd of Dec. And I am in the 2nd week of my stall...so I am in the same boat! I am trying to switch up my exercising, trying to get my protein in but to no avail
