I'm about three weeks and nothing taste the same.

I am 5 months post op and my taste buds are a bit different now. I no longer enjoy coffee and few other things I used to love. I am not the least bit bothered by it though.

I wish that it would hurry, but it may be a good thing.

I was not prepared for the taste thing! But yes it did come back, very gradually. I am 15 months out and things are pretty normal, although there are some things I just can't bring myself to eat. I was a huge sugar freak before. It still tastes "not good" to me now.
