IMHO, yes, you should have lost more. Boils down to this: Are you willing to do what you need to do to lose all your excess weight and then to keep it off?

Why not make an appointment with your NUT to talk about your goals and strategies for reaching them. In the meantime go back to basics. I would also suggest you find out when the next support group

I I am 13 mths out of surgery. I've lost only 41 lbs thus far and been stuck here. I can not lie I haven't been watching what I eat so much and I'm trying to get back on track now. My starting weight was 241 and I'm at 199...shouldn't I have lost more?
