I was cleared for purée foods yesterday and I'm afraid to eat the wrong things! I've created a routine with my protein and water that eating would interrupt it!! I know it's important to start the process of a "normal" routine (I work full time ) but I'm afraid to vary from what I'm doing now!!????????????
