New Whey Protein Shots

Does anyone use these? I've seen mixed reviews as far as if they are ok to use after WLS. I'm just trying to find a good tasting clear liquid protein for after surgery . Thanks!

My doc advised against the protein shots...the clear liquids. She says there's not enough nutrients in them. I used isopure my first month but since have taken a liking to Syntrax..fuzzy navel is my fave. I had gastric bypass 7/13/15...down 55lbs
