  3. Yes I totally stalled about 5 months out. But I didn't loose 100 lbs way to go! I had surgery 7/13/15 and down 63lbs. So I am doing the back on track regime. 4 Protein shakes plus dinner for 2 weeks. I need to reset. I also have no motivation to work out.
  4. Congratulations! What's your secret?! My surgery date was July 13, 2015. I was 218 and currently 159. I've completely stalled since December. I'm told I could be in maintenence phase but is that right being 7 months out??
  5. You can get it at vitaminshoppe.com
  6. Me too! Went from the girl who always had the fan on to always having the heater on! Hahaha same here!
  7. Isopure and Syntrax are good! The fruit favor ones
  8. It could be the protein bars....I've had a problems with certain ones. ...switch em up and see if that helps. I like quest bars
  9. Heck yes! I had to put a space heater in my office lol
  10. I'm averaging about 800-900 calories. ...almost 7 months out. I'm having a hard time with 2 shakes per day. I always have 1....but hardly 2...I know this is important so you feel full
  11. I thought I was the only one! I've had no desire for intimacy. Is this common?
  12. Same here! With no problems. I started about 2 months post op
  13. At first mine was irregular. I'm 6 months post op and it's regular again. But I've noticed my sex drive isn't the same...any ladies experiencing this?!

  15. I just started logging my food this week and back at the gym. I've lost 2lbs already yay lol I realized I got off track. Can I ask your weight stats?
  16. From what everyone is saying I think that's exactly what I need to do. I have been afraid that I may eat too much. I just started tracking my calories and excercise. I hope this stall passes! Thanks for the feedbak
  17. Thanks everyone for your responses. I have an appointment next month. But I have been eating only 2 meals with 4 hours in between. So today I started with a scrambled eggs for breakfast and I am going to try and have smaller meals throughout the day...to be continued!
  18. Thank you! I have lost 55lbs and surgery date was 7/13/15.
  19. I am having about 600-800 calories per day. I just started exercising again last week. Hope I see some results again.
  20. I was out 5 weeks. Not only was I able to adjust to my new lifestyle, I was able to get a regular workout program going...which I need to get back on.
  21. I'm in a similar boat. My surgery was in July and I was 218 lbs preop....currently 163 and have completely stalled. I wonder if it's because we weren't as heavy as some individuals. Absolutely no offense to anyone.. .my nut recommends 2 meals, 2 shakes, 1 snack if necessary per day. I also have been having a cocktail on the weekends whoops! Maybe that's why...
  22. So funny! All my new selfies show my thigh gap. Lol feels great. Thanks for sharing!
  23. My doc advised against the protein shots...the clear liquids. She says there's not enough nutrients in them. I used isopure my first month but since have taken a liking to Syntrax..fuzzy navel is my fave. I had gastric bypass 7/13/15...down 55lbs
  24. So my surgery date was July 13 2015. I have lost 53lbs and have plateaued and haven't lost any weight in 2 months. I stopped exercising one of those months and I'm wondering if that's why I plateaued. Some suggested I may be in the maintenance phase. Is it too early for that? I'm eating 2 meals per day....high protein, 1 protein shake in the am, and a snack in the pm. Any advice or anyone else experiencing this?
