6 month stall..
Yes I totally stalled about 5 months out. But I didn't loose 100 lbs way to go! I had surgery 7/13/15 and down 63lbs. So I am doing the back on track regime. 4 Protein shakes plus dinner for 2 weeks. I need to reset. I also have no motivation to work out.

Ahead of schedule / losing too much?
Congratulations! What's your secret?! My surgery date was July 13, 2015. I was 218 and currently 159. I've completely stalled since December. I'm told I could be in maintenence phase but is that right being 7 months out??

Weight Loss Has Stalled WHY?
I'm in a similar boat. My surgery was in July and I was 218 lbs preop....currently 163 and have completely stalled. I wonder if it's because we weren't as heavy as some individuals. Absolutely no offense to anyone.. .my nut recommends 2 meals, 2 shakes, 1 snack if necessary per day. I also have been having a cocktail on the weekends whoops! Maybe that's why...

Another first

New Whey Protein Shots
My doc advised against the protein shots...the clear liquids. She says there's not enough nutrients in them. I used isopure my first month but since have taken a liking to Syntrax..fuzzy navel is my fave. I had gastric bypass 7/13/15...down 55lbs

6 months post op
So my surgery date was July 13 2015. I have lost 53lbs and have plateaued and haven't lost any weight in 2 months. I stopped exercising one of those months and I'm wondering if that's why I plateaued. Some suggested I may be in the maintenance phase. Is it too early for that? I'm eating 2 meals per day....high protein, 1 protein shake in the am, and a snack in the pm. Any advice or anyone else experiencing this?
