HAPPY 1 YEAR TO ME!

HI GUYS! Im so happy today marks a year since i decided to get my life back. In Jan 2014 i weighed 410 pounds i had surgery on dec 31st 2014. Today i weigh 238 i lost so much but gain so much more and im happier than ever this was the best decision i couldve ever done for myself. I hope all you new guys are hanging in there and i promise its all worth it ever tear and ever struggle :)

Hi! I had my surgery one year ago today too! I lost almost exactly the same weight also. There were the times I asked myself, 'Why did I have this surgery?!?' 'Why did I DO this to myself?!?' at the low points, but a year later I can also say that it was the best decision I have made as well. TONS of non surgical victories that make it all worth it.
