I finally finished my first semester of college and I'm on winter break for 4 weeks. Since school ended, I've been feeling very weak and unmotivated to do anything besides just laying in bed watching Netflix and eating. In these past few weeks I've gained 4 pounds. I don't know what's wrong with me, but I feel like something bothering me. I never had issues with eating for pleasure but now I'm starting to. After I eat I feel very sad and guilty.
