Multivitamin with iron

Hi! I am still in the stage where my vitamins need to be gummy or liquid. I am looking all over for ones that have iron and have yet to find one. Anybody have a suggestion?

I don't believe Iron comes in a liquid format. Iron is a mineral, so I don't think it can be liquid. I could be wrong.

Careful, Multivitamins with Iron are notorious for making people sick to their stomach. The one and only time I have vomited since having surgery was 30 seconds after taking a barimelt Multivitamin. It was hard to be dignified at work sprinting as fast as I could to the bathroom.

Flinstones Complete its chewable and has the %daily value for iron. I love chewing it, it's my daily sweet (I know that's bad????). Interesting how surgeon's instructions are different as we were told no gummies
