OK, SO I'M NEW TO HERE AND I AM NOT BANDED YET:). I AM CURRENTLY WAITING FOR MY INS. TO KICK IN AND MAYBE THEY WILL COVER ME!! SO FUSTRATED ALREADY. IF NOT I WILL BE SELF PAY, ANY ADVICE????:)

    Hi there and welcome, I really hope the Ins does pay for you and it happens fast. I am a self pay and will be banded on Friday. It happend fast for me and I still hated waiting. Good luck to you! In the mean time learn as much as you can here. Lots of Great info!

    Hi there, right now I am a self pay but after seeing the WL Dr he found possiblibty of sleep apnea as well as hiatel hernia... either of these can qualify me for WLS thru insurance. Have a consult if you can with a WLSuergeon they have better ideas than the PCP
