take it day by day. make sure you get in your Protein and Water, it will pay off in the long run

I have heard that suddenly cutting out coffee is a reason for headaches. Did you drink coffee before?

It sucks. Try to keep yourself preoccupied and give yourself a little more time to sleep if possible. Warn your family that you are going to be cranky for a bit. You can do it and at the end of the day are going to be so glad you did!! Good luck!

I am also on day two of my pre op diet and my stomach feels yucky. Is this normal?

My surgery just got moved to the 29th too. Stick with it, it will be okay. Make sure you are keeping hydrated.
