Any one cheat?

Hi I'm having surgery tomorrow morning. Did anyone cheat on the liver shrinking diet? I had some ryvita two days ago and a spoonful of mashed potato today. I'm worried that they are not going to be able to do my bypass??

Yes it is very hard to stick to such a rigid pre-op diet(without having a tool yet). You will be fine!!

Best wishes!

Hi three times a charm. I'm so worried about it. What about the potato? It's supposed to be low carb high protein I stuck to it religiously the first week. No problem at all.ive just struggled this week

I stuffed up mine a couple of times in the second week. I just made sure I stuck to it afterwards (about the last four days).

Look up how many carbs are in a tablespoon of mashed potatoes. You will probably see that a tablespoon isn't harmful. Good luck!
