  1. Sorry, I only just found this (I thought the challenges usually start a week after the other one finishes, not on the same day...). SW 30/5 - 199.4 GW - 190.0 Check in 6/6 - 198.7
  2. 199.4lb today - only 1.1lb above goal, but who cares, because... onederland! That's also a total loss for me of 99.21lb since I started the whole process in January 2015 - so close to that hundred mark.
  3. Interesting. I read a news report this morning about a missing person who was described as "178cm, 85kg, slim build". I'm less than an inch taller and weigh 13lb more - I can't believe anyone so close to my stats could possibly be perceived as 'slim'. I know I'm still fat but it made me realise I'm getting more towards what society would probably consider almost 'normal' now. You look awesome, by the way! Sent from my SM-G928I using the BariatricPal App
  4. 204.5lb this week
  5. 18/4 - 208.1 25/4 - 213.4 (wtf) 2/5 - 210.4
  6. 208.2 today Thanks
  7. 4/4 - 214.8 Goal - 198.3
  8. Ah, crap, I thought it ended next week, for some reason.
  9. 218.8lb today. Way off track for my challenge goal, but for all my fellow metric users, that's 99.25kg - double digits, baby!
  10. 29 Feb - 223.8lb 7 Mar - 222.0lb
  11. First weigh in is 225lb. Goal is 205lb. Thanks :-)
  12. I went to get a mole removed from my back when I was pregnant. He asked me to lay on my stomach and I said I couldn't, and he said "Oh, are you pregnant? When are you due?" and I replied "Yesterday". The man was a fucking doctor, and couldn't even tell I was nine months pregnant. Obviously the point is that I was just so fat in general, but... a doctor?! Nine months?! Eleven years later and I still can't believe it.
  13. Please add me to the list :-)
  14. They did at least one sleeve in the series. Can't remember who it was, but I think I just searched for 'fat doctor sleeve' in YouTube. I've watched all those episodes at least a couple of times - I was annoyed that they have an announcement on the YouTube channel saying Series 5 was coming soon, then it never bloody did! And yeah, Shaw Somers is a bit of alright, for sure!
  15. I was sleeved on 8th December and have lost 29lb. Have been slack about Water and Protein, and haven't done any exercise, so can only blame myself that it's not more.
  16. Surgery 8th December and down 28lb so far. I feel it's quite low compared to others, but I'm slack about water and protein (I just don't feel like eating or drinking), and I haven't got back into exercising yet. So I know I'll do better if I can just get my shit together.
  17. I'm 4 days out and struggling to consume the right amount of water. And being this dehydrated is making my blood pressure and heart rate go up. Any tips to getting in fluids? I couldn't stand drinking water post-op. I got fluids from broth (20-40ml at a time), ice blocks and crushed ice.
  18. No, I was never remotely tempted to cancel surgery just because I didn't like the taste of the shakes. You're not on them for life; it's two weeks.
  19. I was done on the same day and the area around my largest incision also seems to be sunken. I took my bandage things off today. I only have four incisions; I was expecting five.
  20. 253.6 today. 6.83lb lost since surgery last Tuesday
  21. Same on both counts. Pleased to report that liquids are going down better already, though! Hopefully your stomach will settle down for you soon, too - it's definitely helped with my fluid intake today. I was a bit worried yesterday.
