So hungry!

I'm 1 week post op and still on clears for another week and today is the first day in actually feel hungry. No amount of liquid and Jello is helping. My emotions are all crazy. Someone talk me through this or suggestions?

I was only assigned clears for 5 days post op. I started all fluids today. It was wonderful to have the premier shakes and box creamy soups. Are you really supposed to be on all clears that long? I couldn't make it to more than 20 grams of protein a day on all clears, which was not a big deal for 5 days when I was mostly sleeping and medicated.
