Gallbladder pills post op

So for 2.5 months I have been crushing up those gallbladder pills and mixing with v8. I am starting to get sick of v8. Was wanting to know what others do to take theirs?

    I also have always taken mine whole, usually with water. Mine are white and oval shaped - two a day.
