Following! I just started the puréed phase!

I had a few favorites.

1) canned white meat chicken, mozz cheese, cottage cheese, and a little sriracha

2) pureed turkey chili with Beans from trader joes.

3) pumpkin, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, and cinnamon.

4) instant sugar free fat free pudding mix made with a Protein shake instead of milk

:)

Following as well. . Was told still no meat unfortunately :(

I really didn't do the puree stage.....

Protein shakes for 3 weeks post op and then my surgeon put me on soft foods like soft baked salmon, flounder, tuna and stewed chicken, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and etc. Chewed very, very carefully of course.

I'm glad it was like this. Much of the stuff that I see commonly eaten during the puree stage don't really support high protein and weight loss.

Dub. My surgery is tomorrow and my post op is just like my 2 wk pre op protein shakes, SF jello, Popsicles, broth, light no chunk yogurts. I agree this will give your new pouch time to heal while maintaining your protein.
