Hi All,

My psych eval was tomorrow, but I just got a call from the psychologist - my appointment has been cancelled due to the Water pipe blast in NYC, his office is 1/2 block away and his office is in a "frozen zone". I was so looking forward to getting one step closer to my consult with the surgeon.:cry He said he will call me later in case the Police gave him clearance to his building - but guess I'll have to reschedule. Just feeling disappointed....

What a bummer! I'm so sorry to hear this! I know how much it stinks when stupid things get in the way of the lapband path...I feel like I've had roadblocks every corner I turn! Keep your head up, and don't let it get you down! You're on your way,baby! :grouphug:

Thanks deanna! I know, but there's a reason for everything I guess... I'll just try to keep positive, reschedule, and be on my way. Sniff, sniff...

Don't be sad, my psych had to reschedule my appointment, but it worked out. I got back on track and am just waiting to get a date. Hang in there

Thanks you guys! So glad you were all here so I could share my disappointment. After I posted I felt bad because I know so many people got injured in the blast - so I am praying for them now.
