Does jello count as a fluid?

Yes... I had to much hello and now avoid it. I started taking v8 light stawberry/banana flavor and dilute it with water. The sugar is 12g. I also add the unflavored protein to it. Amazing!

Sugar free jello of course

It counts, but I can't use it. I may never eat jello or soup broth ever again by the end of this! lol

I hear you! It gets old. I have 5 boxes of jello I will never touch. I am in the soft food phase.

I couldn't find a sugar free jello that didn't have aspartame in it, so I used regular with my dr's permission for my day before blow out of the pipes. So literally my jello days are behind me, and I cannot wait to get to the purée stage after suffering through my sad sad broth and Protein shakes that aren't sitting well while my hubby and kids had bison burgers without me tonight. God, it was the first time since my surgery Monday where I felt hungry and all I could do was smell it and dream. :(
