You should confirm with your nutritionist. Every program has it's preference. Mine allowed chewables but not gummies.

    Mine said no to gummies and recommended Centrum chewable... my bloods have always been great. I take 2 a day.

    My programs didn't care what brand of vitamins I got as long as I got the vitamins and doses they suggested. I was only on the bariatric advantage multivitamin and calcium before I had to go to Costco and buy the gummies. The other ones were making me sick they were so gross.
