I just made the mistake of doing this alone, with very little support and now I feel lonely and I'm doing good. I'm down 32 pounds since surgery but my emotions are crazy.

Your not alone as you can see it's a lot of us that has had surgery and I'm here if you need to talk and congrats on losing the weight! I'm very excited for you! ????

Thank you for checking on me! I am doing well, I went back to work do I think that is helpful!!! Do you go to any support groups here in Vegas?

Emotionally it is a roller coaster ride. 32 lbs is amazing. Are you single? If so, and I say this in a very serious, supportive tone... take your new you for a new ride on Tinder and see how your responses are. That always cheered me up. If your not single, its still fun to see if you can make your spouse jealous. When they become jealous, you then know that you have done something right.

Lol I was in a three year relationship but we broke up about ten days before my surgery, I'm not really ready for attention lol I want to focus on myself! I went back to work this week and that has helped, getting dressed up feels good!

Just wait until clothes start to not fit and be really loose. It is great but also annoying. This is a sign of progress.

I'm glad you went back to work and feeling better .. Getting dressed and out the house is a good thing but I haven't been to a support group but my doctor off has them available for us!
