Thank you for checking on me! I am doing well, I went back to work do I think that is helpful!!! Do you go to any support groups here in Vegas?- Feeling down
I just made the mistake of doing this alone, with very little support and now I feel lonely and I'm doing good. I'm down 32 pounds since surgery but my emotions are crazy.- Feeling down

Dub my baby girl saved me tonight!!! They know when we need them!!!- Feeling down
The last few days I have been really emotional ???? I really wish I had more support. Anyone in Vegas?- For the ladies....Was your cycle messed up after surgery?
Mine started nine days early ????- Clear protein shakes?
I think it means the unflavored protein powder mixed with clears, broths, crystal light, jello ect... I think!- Sugar vs sugar free
Thank you!
