Exercise. Lots of Water. Tylenol or a hot bath if it gets really bad. It's the only time I really REALLY miss Advil.

Mine get so bad that I was prescribed Tramadol. Thankfully I usually only need it 1-2 days a month. My menstrual cramps are much worse since surgery.

Birth control pills helps with mine, or else talk to Dr about prescription muscle relaxers. Also heating pad.

Girls,
So it seems since I've lost quite a bit of weight ... that now I cramp like mad ... I very rarely cramped before the weight loss ... and if I did ... could take the magic Midol ...
But now .... no more Midol ...
So what is your magic cure for the cramp that wants to make me double over in pain ?
Have to suffer in silence here at work ... At home I can whine and lay down ... But ... no here
I thank you ladies !
